refunds where possible. Each set of
terms and conditions for the relevant services contain details
on the refund policy for the service. Also the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000
entitle EU consumers to certain cancellation rights.

Domain Registration
Refunds are not available for domain registrations once the domain has been registered with the
appropriate Registrar. Refunds may be available if you inform us prior to registration.
Web Hosting
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This guarantee will refund all money paid excluding
setup costs and the cost of the free domain if included. No refunds apply after this 30 day period.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to receive from initiation.
