The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

This regulation protects EU consumers and under most circumstances allows either a 7 day or 3 month "cooling off" period, depending upon the level of information available at purchase time. During this "cooling off" period, EU consumers may cancel their order under certain conditions and may also be entitled to a full refund.

Your Right to Cancel

All information outlined within regulation 7 of this act is given online prior to order confirmation. All information outlined in regulation 8 of this act is supplied in your order confirmation email, which you receive shortly after clicking on the "Submit Order" button. By submitting an order you are requesting your services to start immediately and therefore you are not entitled to cancel your order.
