All our servers come with some level of Technical Support. You can always log a ticket with our Technical Support
team. Depending upon the services you have purchases and the nature of the problem, it may be included free of charge
Within your Technical Support Level or a charge may be applied. Either way your Support Technician will advise you and
and if a charge is required, you will be asked to purchase some Support Credits and utilise those.
